Notice I did not put the prices of these products in the link…haha. I must admit, after reading this post from the beauty department, I was inspired to buy myself a little treat while I was in Vegas because the shopping options there are incredible! I was able to purchase the Cle de Peau concealer that everrrrry blog, magazine, actress and make up artist rave about and also the Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat. So here is my HONEST opinion. I think that you can find similar products for WAYYYY cheaper than what I paid for these that will give you similar results, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the Cle de Peau concealer. There were only 4 colors to choose from and I was in between two of them, so I opted for Beige which is sliggghtly on the light side. It does a phenomenal job of covering blue circles without creasing, which is something a lot of concealers aren’t capable of. Between the Cle de Peau Concealer and the Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat, I recommend the Touche Eclat (It’s a lot cheaper than the Cle De Peau!). The Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat is more of a brightener with a thin consistency, whereas with the Cle De Peau, you can get similar results with MAC Studio finish concealer or Bobbi Brown Concealer at a fraction of the price(although one great thing about the Cle de Peau concealer is that it does come in the form of a stick so you can kind of use it where you need it). Either way, I did like the results of these two products when used in unison but I don’t think I would repurchase the Cle de Peau concealer after I run out. I probably would repurchase the Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat though because the color match for me was perfect and it really does seem to brighten the under-eye area without being ashy or glittery like some brighteners. I have the products linked under the pictures if you are interested in purchasing them!
