I honestly have never been able to get a liner wing right! I don’t know about all of you, but it can tend to drive me crazy. A lot of people will use tape or bandaids or a business card to help them make a perfect wing. I hate the tape idea because usually it pulls off any makeup or concealer and tugs at your skin. Enter the beautyblender liner.designer.
This little gadget is genius. It is made from silicone and has a triangular shape to it. The edges are all different; one is straight, one is convex and the other kind of rounds out, so you have different options to create a wing with. The best part about the liner.designer is that it sticks to your skin!!!! You put it into place where you want the line to flick upwards, and it stays put. Then you draw your line out, I do it from the outside in, which seems to make it easier. I also notice that seeing as I am doing it from the outer corner inwards, I am not tugging at the skin around my eye area, which can lead to premature wrinkles. So, put away the tape! This is much better. I used the eyeliner shown below by Ingot to achieve this winged look. It comes out SO pigmented..this eyeliner is a great dupe for my Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, FYI!
