I realize it’s been wayyyyy to long since I last posted on here. I appreciate the continued support regardless of my absence. I do have a little announcement which I will post next so keep an eye out for that :). Either way, I wanted to update you all with a couple things I am loving right now.
- Juice Beauty Phyto-Pigments Illuminating Primer: (27$) This is a silicone free primer that really works well. I actually have hated primers up until finding this gem. I don’t like how occlusive they feel on my skin, almost like i’m slathering my skin with plastic wrap and not letting it breathe. This primer is nothing like that. It has a very light gel like texture and the most BEAUTIFUL subtle shimmer that is not sparkly at all; it just brightens everything up. The other huge plus to this primer is that it is full of antioxidants, botanicals and anti-aging properties that are 100% natural and organic. It contains organic glycerin and coconut alkanes, vitamin C and vitamin E. I like that it also contains aloe vera as it’s primary ingredient for soothing and witch hazel to help keep skin clear and not congested. Finally, it works amazing in order to keep makeup on all day. I highly recommend this!
- Honest Beauty Truly Kissable Lip Crayon Demi-Matte in Mulberry Kiss: I love this shade for my coloring as I tend to wear cooler colors better. Honest beauty does have excellent warm color choices as well for these lip crayons. I feel like this lip color really stays on nicely and also love that it is non-toxic!
- Onomie Bright Concealing Elixir/ Clinical Dark Circle Correcting Concealer for Eyes: 30$ I was made aware of this concealer when I randomly instagrammed a famous blogger from http://www.shesintheglow.com about what her favorite concealer is. This was her recommendation to me. At first it seemed like the texture will be too runny and it won’t provide enough coverage. It proved me wrong upon application, the pigment is very brightening and covers very well without creasing or drying. It also stays put the whole day. It is supposed to help with dark circles, which I always need help with, with continued use. I do think it has helped with that to a certain degree for me. It is full of botanicals, Caffeine, Vitamin E and Vitamin C, so either way I feel like it is a win. I apply it with a damp beauty blender for best results!
I hope you are all loving the fall! It feels good to be back and blogging again after my little hiatus. I will try to keep posting as often as I can!!
